3 Day Intensive Content

1) The Intuitive Actor: a three day intensive enabling the actor to claim the power of their intuition.

During this intensive the principles of Lindy Davies’ Approach to Performance are integrated into the individual process of each actor.

The work begins by re-connecting the actor to their intuitive, instinctive self through impulse work.

The actors begin to experience the joy of the kinaesthetic self and the exhilarating freedom of heightened awareness.

They bypass the rational mind and immerse themselves in the true source : their infinite imagination.

Their work becomes embodied as they pursue virtuosity, working rigorously, imaginatively, conceptually and physically.

Next, they discover the power of language, and the alchemy of transformation, through the synergy of their words, their outer world and their inner life.

By transforming words into experience they are able to claim their intuition, experience autonomy and extinguish their need for approval.

True integration and certainty are found.
